Global travel: Celebrating worldwide

Our faculty are travelling across the globe throughout 2017 to host or participate in a range of events and activities, as a way of spreading the word about our golden anniversary.

International Business Assignment: Anniversary Special This year’s special 50th anniversary business assignment will see MBA and Executive MBA students visit Zambia, Sri Lanka, Japan and China to study business within different cultures. Various Aero India and Defence Education Event Cranfield is at Aero India this year and will be hosting an Alumni High Tea on Defence and Security Education in the same visit; a great chance to talk about the SoM anniversary with our Asian community. February International Paris Airshow Cranfield University joins major players in this global industry as they unite over the latest technological innovations. We will be sharing SoM’s impact in the aerospace industry over the last 50 years. June Academy of Management Conference: Atlanta Members of our faculty will be attending the 77th annual meeting of the Academy of Management, exploring this year’s themes and representing 50 years of knowledge and experience. August Singapore Learning Expedition A unique, game-changing experience that takes business leaders into unfamiliar environments to uncover invaluable insights, while showcasing and celebrating Cranfield’s activities in Asia.
