Three months after you complete module three, we invite you back to Cranfield to review your progress against your action plans and set new targets in light of your achievements to date.

To support your continued development, we invite you back to a 12-month review day, delivered virtually, to reflect on the programme’s long-term impact, gain insight into managing your personal development, and plan the next phase of your leadership career.
