Andrew is part of the Economics group ranked Number 1 in the world by the Financial Times for the teaching of economics on MBA programmes in 2017. Andrew has held a number of other posts at Cranfield University, such as Director of the Full-time MBA, Course Director of the MSc in Management and Corporate Sustainability (2014-17) and the MSc in Economics for Natural Resource and Environmental Management (2009-12). Andrew's research focuses on the economics of clean technology, natural resource markets, pricing strategies and environmental policy.

Ying received her PhD degree in Management Science from Coventry University. Currently she is the Professor in Supply Chain Analytics at Cranfield School of Management. Ying successfully applies scientific tools to resolve business problems in multiple disciplines, including operations management, finance, healthcare, disaster management, sustainability and many more.

Lakshmy holds a PhD in Development Economics and her research interests include growth and development, financial inclusion, household decision making, the impact of banking on the economy, trends in consumption, poverty and inequality, public health, public policy, health supply chains and sustainability. She has over 10 years experience working in academia and industry in India and the UK. Lakshmy has closely worked with Government agencies in India, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Kenya.

Vineet completed his PhD at Cranfield before joining the School of Management's faculty. He previously worked in investment banking in the area of pricing, structuring and marketing of initial and seasoned equity offerings and also private placement of fixed income bearing securities. Vineet's areas of expertise are: asset pricing, market efficiency, bankruptcy prediction models and financial modelling.
