Apprenticeship Portfolio

Utilise your organisation’s apprenticeship levy to fund a modern learning experience that accelerates the transfer of knowledge, skills and behaviours back to the workplace, driving on-the-job performance and enhancing overall productivity. Our specialist apprenticeship advisors work closely with both individuals and organisations to understand their strategic goals and aspirations. We offer tailored support and guidance to navigate the complex apprenticeship system. Our high-touch, end-to-end service is designed to help organisations maximise their levy investment while identifying and addressing talent development needs, ultimately enabling the organisation to realise its full potential. We also provide support for businesses that either do not have sufficient apprenticeship levy funds or do not pay into the levy. Through a Santander levy transfer, these businesses can access funding for apprenticeship training and assessment, up to the maximum funding band.
Senior Leader Apprenticeship Level 7 (with Rosalind Franklin programme) Our Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy has been designed for individuals from clinical and non-clinical backgrounds, who aspire to build their strategic leadership skills and progress in their healthcare careers. The programme enables individuals to acquire the knowledge, skills, behaviours and mindset of a leader, to undertake transformational change in their organisation and support their teams in during the change process .
