Essential Management For managers in ambitious growing businesses
“Thank you for an eye opening 4 days. I have a new found energy and enthusiasm and am determined to put into practice what I have learnt.” Luke Desmond, Churchill Knight & Associates Ltd
Essential Management
This programme provides new and experienced managers in growing businesses with the skills required to become commercially-focussed, confident members of the senior team. Here at Cranfield, we are passionate about helping managers and teams realise the potential of their businesses. Leaders of small to medium-sized enterprises need to spend more of their time working ON the business strategically rather than IN it. They will be enabled to do so if their Managers have the skills to take on more delegated responsibility for delivering business goals and targets and driving day to day performance. Our experience suggests that many managers are already overstretched, and require training and development if they are to manage time, people, money and processes more effectively.
Who is this for? For managers and senior teams in ambitious businesses who want to develop a solid foundation in the principles of management and a range of business functions.

For someone without a great deal of management training it was hugely beneficial and I feel far better equipped to take our business forward.
