A flexible, tailored programme

Real business focus and connections

In addition to our faculty continuing their work in government and business, we partner with global financial giant, Grant Thornton to bring an additional real-world perspective from clients . Working together to co-deliver specific modules, we ensure you get the best of both worlds, balancing academic expertise with fresh commercial insights. Learn how to become an exceptional leader We’re a School of Management and our EMBA programme places a strong emphasis on building your skills as an ethical and effective leader. Our focus on leadership allows you to develop a sophisticated understanding of the core aspects of business. It allows you to build your own leadership style that makes the most of the strengths and experiences that are unique to you. To guide you further, you will receive one-to-one executive coaching to help you achieve your career development goals and potential. Peer-to-peer learning A solely postgraduate environment, Cranfield University offers a breadth of networking potential with like-minded peers. This means you will be part of an extremely experienced cohort representing a wide variety of industries. It makes the cohort connections more meaningful, and the classroom debate richer as you explore a diverse range of real-world scenarios.

During your 28-month programme, the flexible and part-time curriculum will allow you to not only keep your 'day job', but apply your learnings real-time and thrive in that role. Your learning can be tailored to your organisation's objectives and/or your personal preferences through three programme pathways: Commercial, Entrepreneurship, and Finance all designed to help students achieve their career ambitions. International exchange programme Cranfield holds the enviable position of being the only UK business school in the EMBA Consortium. The Consortium is a collaboration of leading university business schools that spans five continents and 16 time zones. The EMBA Consortium exchange takes place each September and students are given the chance to visit another world-renowned business school from around the world and join a week-long programme of lectures, company visits, and social/ cultural events. This international experience provides EMBA students with the opportunity to broaden and deepen their global EMBA experience, meet students from other schools, and exchange ideas. The knowledge exchange that our faculty gain from hosting the visiting students from other countries is then used to shape the course content to ensure that Cranfield students are taught the most relevant, up-to-date material so that they can bring their international insight to their organisation.
