Thi s programme is for managers in growing businesses who would like to improve their familiarity with finance, particularly for those who have had no formal financial training. It is delivered in a highly practical manner and provides an introduction or refresher to the basics of financial management, which are essential to building a successful business. The nature and drivers of business cashflow and an explanation of the structure, content and uses of key accounting reports. Who is it for? Duration The programme is a one-day short course that covers the main aspects of finance management for small medium businesses.
