Professor Yacine Belghitar Yacine is Professor of Corporate Finance at Cranfield University. He specialises in driving financial excellence to transform operations and create value, with particular expertise in turning financial insight into actionable results. Yacine helps organisations unlock value through financial strategy, sustainable growth, and scaling. He has advised private equity firms, worked with international energy companies, and is an independent advisor on corporate financial strategy and governance. Prior to Cranfield, Yacine held teaching and research posts at Middlesex and Durham Universities. He is the Course Director for Cranfield’s Finance MSc and Programme Director for the Financial Intelligence for Strategic Leaders programme. Sought after for his insight on driving sustainable growth and scaling in organisations, Yacine has led ESRC-funded research on managerial incentives and firm risk. He is associate editor of a peer reviewed research journal, and his research work is widely published and reported.
