The Transformation MBA focuses on career outcomes to help you achieve your post-MBA career aspirations. • During the year-long Career Development and Enhancement module you will work with executive coaches, a senior career development manager, employer engagement manager and internship liaison officer to systematically support you in navigating career exploration and development. • Three career pathways – Executive, Entrepreneurial and Independent – will increase your exposure to the world of work. Each career pathway involves a project-based module that allows you to pursue a full-time internship, entrepreneurship journey, or consultancy project, enabling you to advance towards the career outcome you want. • If you choose to pursue an internship, it will be a Cranfield-exclusive internship. We have a 100% placement rate for our MBAs, and students have worked companies such as Coca Cola, Tui, Silverstone and Fujitsu. The alumni career mentoring programme offers the opportunity to learn from fellow alums, benefitting from their insight and experience, helping you to navigate your studies and into your first post-MBA job.
