Defining common challenges, self-paced and online Live online Begin your journey through the General Management Programme by exploring the emerging trends within your organisation and what that means for you as a general manager. You will develop short-, medium- and long-term plans to address these challenges and benefit from one to-one live coaching to explore your impact on the organisation.
“Strategy, Operations, and Resilience”, face-to-face Three days residential
In this module, you will broaden your knowledge of organisational strategy and how to align yourself and key functions to business strategy. You will deepen your knowledge of the importance of business operations and how to build organisational resilience against internal and external factors. You will also begin the business simulation, where you will take charge of a fictional business and navigate an ever-changing business landscape in a risk-free environment.

Focus on people, organisational politics, supply chain and organisational management, face-to-face Three days Residential In module 4, you will explore the realities of organisational politics and how you can successfully navigate the challenges of leading people at a cross-functional level. You will also broaden your understanding of supply chain, and how this area contributes to organisational competitiveness in the business landscape. You will also conclude your business simulation experience and develop new ways to broaden your network and how this can translate to success.
Sharing Challenges, Finance and Business Simulation, online Live online
Delve further into the challenges you’re facing as a general manager and examine their impact across organisations of all shapes and sizes, and how these challenges are being addressed with your peers from diverse business backgrounds and industries. You will also explore finance and how this critical function impacts your organisation and continue your business simulation experience.

Paula Broadbent MSc, BSc, PgDip, MAC Paula holds a degree in Business Management and postgraduate qualifications in coaching and psychology. Her career started in recruitment, followed by a period of time running her own business, filing several patents, before finding her niche as a leadership coach; working with people in organisations to make their lives easier and their work more productive.

Jutta Tobias Mortlock (Ph.D.) is a Social Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in organisational development and capacity-building in six countries on three continents.
