Course structure The MBA will develop your leadership and management skills, with a specific focus on business growth and innovation. You will cover modules in operational excellence, interpersonal skills, and developing competitive advantage with the option to undertake a diverse number of electives including Entrepreneurial Finance, Cyber Security and Managing International Mergers and Acquisitions. You will cover a total of 14 compulsory modules and choose eight electives*. However the programme is also highly flexible allowing you to tailor projects to suit your organisation’s needs, your interests and your professional aspirations. The programme is structured in two main parts. Year one comprises of 11 compulsory management modules. In year two, you will take a further three compulsory modules, you will then choose eight elective modules, and have the option to complete an international business assignment or company-based project. Leadership development and career development activities run throughout the programme.
