Candidates will usually have a minimum of one year post-qualification work experience together with either a good degree and/or professional qualification. Applicants who do not have a degree are welcome provided they can demonstrate high levels of achievement, exceptional career progression or evidence of leadership potential. Please note, a full assessment of candidates’ prior skills is required for all Apprenticeship applications, to ensure that candidates meet the requirements when drawing on the Apprenticeship Levy and that the apprenticeship is the most appropriate training programme for the individual. Location The course will be delivered at Cranfield School of Management in Bedford, which is a 15 minute drive from Milton Keynes central station, or a 10 minute drive from junction 14 of the M1.

Delivery Lectures are delivered over one week per quarter for the duration of the programme. Part 1 taught modules are mapped to the Senior Leader Apprenticeship Standard (SLA). These are assessed through assignments that relate to a wide range of management and leadership themes. Part 2, the written thesis project, is written individually and submitted at the end of the course.
