Learn how to maintain your inner confidence and think on your feet, especially in pressured situations. As part of the programme, you will create a personal and goal-orientated Action Focus Plan to sustain and develop your learnings from the two days. This two day course gives you the opportunity to bring a specific leadership challenge to the room, and a chance to practice how you communicate your message, receiving honest feedback from your peers on how you

What you will experience

Role-playing your own leadership challenges helps you understand how you come across to others, both verbally and physically, and establishes the situations in which you perform at your best, identifying what you need to hone in on, to present yourself authentically with heightened credibility. Co-coaching with your peers throughout the programme teaches you how to give and receive constructive feedback and understand how you can be more influential across, up and down your organisation. You will understand and practice goal setting and action planning to gain clarity and confidence to create clear intentions for successful communication in conversations, meetings, presentations and other critical messaging.

Programme directors Diana Theodores

Diana is an international performance coach, speaker and facilitator, specialising in authentic leadership impact and presence. She is the bestselling author of Performing As YOU: How to have authentic impact in every role you play. Applying her years of experience in professional theatre Diana promotes the principles of ‘great performance’ on the world stage for business leaders worldwide. A native of New York and resident of London, Diana has worked with companies worldwide in diverse industries including private equity, legal, technology, energy, engineering, sports, media and retail. She is also a facilitator at the Banff Centre, Canada’s premiere institute for creative leadership. You can find Diana’s podcasts, interviews and articles in Linked In, New Business, Forbes, Business Life, the Cranfield School of Management Executive Knowledge Hub, the BBC World Business Journal, and other media. Didi Hopkins Didi Hopkins is an Associate faculty member of the Cranfield School of Management, and a Programme Director for Impact and Influence. Didi trained as an actor, director and musician, and has an MA in Text and Performance. She has worked in film, TV, radio and theatre. Didi is a UK leading expert on Commedia dell’Arte, and teaches and directs at theatre schools. She trains teachers and actors, and works with children of all ages and abilities, facilitating work in a wide range of educational settings. She is a founder member of Theatre 4 Business Ltd. Didi has worked at the National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company, and on productions in New York and the West End. She has extensive experience leading workshops for corporations and businesses throughout Europe, motivating them on creative challenges, change and image. Didi also runs an online coaching clinic for partners for a global consulting company and works globally on women’s leadership programmes in house for companies and at business schools … and for men too.
