Skills Accelerator Programme
Skills Accelerator Programme Bridging the Skills Gap for Leaders
“Cranfield’s Skills Accelerator Programme has been designed to deliver a hands-on, problem-solving learning experience with real-world business application. Participants acquire the tools to make an immediate and lasting impact - for themselves and their organisations.”
Dr Steph Russell Head of Skills and Accreditation
Designed to promote personal and professional growth through skills-based learning, this programme takes a current business challenge and supports participants to utilise tools and frameworks that can offer solutions to complex workplace demands. Develop comprehensive skill sets that strengthen resilience and promote critical thinking to future-proof your organisation’s leadership in an ever-evolving business landscape. By addressing key skills gaps and exploring the knowledge and competencies required for professional and organisational growth, leaders will emerge with a powerful strategic roadmap for their business and reinvigorated personal influence to deliver success. The programme offers a world-class, immersive experience designed to promote personal and professional growth through skills-based learning. Future leaders will need new skills and a strategic mindset to navigate uncertainty, drive innovation, and inspire teams.
Who should attend? Leaders and senior managers who are eager to elevate their capabilities, build their skills for the future, and achieve a recognised professional qualification. Supporting either a solo participant or organisational group approach, the programme creates a platform that provides a focused and structured opportunity to work on a critical business challenge. For organisational cohorts, the ability to bring together key stakeholders adds valuable cross-functional collaboration that can drive fast and effective change.
